DCC C-Store Clerk

Must put customer service first. Must learn how to solve problems, always pleasing the customer.

Must learn how to properly recover the store and assist in other areas when called upon.

Must learn to report stock-outs or potential stock-outs.

Must learn and be able to perform the proper display, signing, and space utilization techniques.

Must learn and be able to stock merchandise properly.

Must learn and be able to run a cash register and all related cash, charge, refund, security, and opening and closing procedures.

Must learn how to cook in the deli and put out food when deli person isn't on duty.

Must be able to perform price changes, signing, and paper flow procedures.

Must be able to check in and mark merchandise as it is received.

Must learn and be aware of all security procedures.

Must be able to work cooperatively with other employees and to assist in the training of other employees when called upon.

Must do cleaning as assigned to your shift and keep the store and equipment clean.

Regular attendance is an essential function of the job, must be very dependable.

Complies with other duties as assigned by the C-Store Shift Supervisor, C-Store Manager, and/or General Manager.
