Associate Veterinarian (DVM) - Laredo, TX A veterinary hospital is seeking a Veterinarian to join its established small animal practice. This opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian who wants to provide meaningful, high-quality care while building strong relationships with clients and making a real impact in the community.This role offers a balanced environment where clinical excellence, collaboration, and work-life balance are all prioritized. Responsibilities
Perform physical exams, diagnostics, and treatment planning Provide preventive care, vaccinations, and wellness services Perform routine and soft tissue surgical procedures Conduct dental exams, cleanings, and treatments Manage urgent care cases as needed Utilize diagnostic tools such as digital radiology, ultrasound, and in-house labs Communicate clearly with clients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive care Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited institution Active or eligible veterinary license Interest or experience in general practice Strong clinical and communication skills Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care Open to new graduates (mentorship available) Compensation & Benefits
