Provide skilled Occupational therapy to residents, including assessments, treatments, and goal development Document all patient interactions and outcomes in a clear and concise manner Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive resident care Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude, promoting a warm and caring environment Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve resident outcomes and care Occupational Therapist Requirements:
Valid Florida professional license as an Occupational Therapist Accepting new and seasoned therapists Must have a degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program Must be knowledgeable of PDPM, LTC programing and OT scope of practice Ability to quickly learn and navigate Net Health and Point Click Care Perks and Benefits:
