Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and develop individualized therapy approaches to support their functional aspirations. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based procedures to improve patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and essential daily tasks. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in concert with fellow OTs, PTs, STs,medical staff, and nurses to provide thorough and respectful patient care. Guide Patients and Families: Empower patients and their families by sharing essential rehabilitation methods to foster progress in their personal environments. Track and Assess Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment methodologies as necessary, ensuring patients remain on the path to success. Qualifications
A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Encouragement for further education or post-graduate certifications Certifications
Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandated Essential Attributes
