Provide occupational therapy services to patients within a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to address patients' functional needs Deliver direct patient care during day shift hours, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards Float between units or worksites as operationally required Required Qualifications
Active California Occupational Therapist license Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting Ability to meet standard credentialing requirements Willingness to float as needed Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience using Casamba documentation software Familiarity with SNF workflows and interdisciplinary care team collaboration Why Join Us
