Morgan McKinley have partnered with a global Financial Services company in hiring a Senior Risk Management role responsible for leading the development and enhancement of the enterprise risk framework in the 2LoD and supporting prudential risk management activities. Key Responsibilities: Lead the review and maintenance of risk management frameworks, risk appetite processes, and enterprise risk governance. Coordinate enterprise-wide risk assessments, risk registers, recovery planning activities, and regulatory risk management submissions. Oversee reputational risk, ESG risk initiatives, policy governance, and management reporting. Prepare and present risk information to senior management, boards, and governance committees. Support strategic planning processes and act as deputy to the head of enterprise risk when required. Requirements: Significant experience in enterprise tech risk management within a regulated environment. Strong understanding of risk governance, prudential risk, and regulatory expectations. Strong understanding of security architecture, IT programming and systems. Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and governance committees. Excellent communication, reporting, and policy development skills. Ability to operate effectively in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. Skills: Security Architecture Enterprise Risk
