We are looking for a progressive, solution-oriented, and highly skilled HR Business Partners to join our team. These roles are ideal for Employee Relations (ER) champions who excel in conflict resolution and grievance management, ensuring workplace practices remain transparent, compliant and supportive. The Role As an HR Business Partner, you will align business objectives with employees and management across multiple sites. These are client-facing roles where you will act as a trusted consultant to external and internal stakeholders alike. Your true impact will lie in your ability to lead on complex ER matters, utilising your extensive experience in handling grievances and dispute resolutions with absolute fairness, legal compliance, and emotional intelligence. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR & Client Partnering: Act as a dedicated, client-facing HR expert, translating business strategies into people strategies for your assigned portfolios. Grievance & ER Specialist: Lead and manage grievance investigations, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution processes across multiple sites. Cross-Functional Communication: Act as a vital bridge, communicating fluidly and effectively with stakeholders at all levelsfrom frontline staff to client executives, as well as collaborating closely with the wider HR team. Multi-Site Engagement: Travel across various regional sites to manage cases firsthand, embed HR initiatives, and maintain a visible, supportive presence. Policy & Compliance: Ensure all grievance procedures and HR practices strictly align with Irish employment law and best practices. What We Are Looking For Qualifications: Candidates must hold a BA or Diploma qualification in Business Management or HR Management (or a closely related discipline). Location: Must be living and authorised to work in the Republic of Ireland. These roles have no fixed location so candidates must be willing and able to travel across multiple sites. HR Experience: Previous experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist role with a proven track record of managing intricate grievance cases and dispute resolutions. Communication Mastery: Outstanding client-facing skills. You can comfortably adapt your style to converse with anyone, handle difficult conversations with diplomacy, and collaborate effectively within a cohesive HR ecosystem.
