Role Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive, ongoing healthcare for individuals and families across all age groups, from infants to seniors. Manage chronic conditions, provide preventive care, address acute illnesses, and respond to mental health needs with a patient-first philosophy. Perform physical examinations, analyze diagnostic tests, and create individualized care plans. Engage with care coordinators, behavioral health experts, and specialists to guarantee integrative care. Take part in quality improvement efforts aimed at boosting patient outcomes and operational excellence. Utilize modern electronic medical record (EMR) systems to ensure precise and timely patient documentation. Provide in-person and virtual care to align with patient preferences and requirements. Education Requirements
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution. Graduation from an accredited Family Medicine residency program. Certifications
Board Certification in Family Medicine. Eligible for (or currently hold) a valid Indiana medical license. Current BLS and ACLS certifications are desirable. Skills and Experience
