Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:
Preparing and organizing surgical instruments and supplies in the operating room Ensuring compliance with strict sterile protocols and maintaining optimal cleanliness Assisting surgeons and surgical teams by delivering instruments and necessary items Managing the flow of surgical equipment throughout procedures Monitoring and confirming the status of supplies and readiness for surgical operations Collaborating seamlessly with nurses, anesthesiologists, and other surgical staff to ensure smooth operations Maintaining accurate surgical counts and documenting procedures meticulously Education Requirements:
Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program High school diploma or equivalent required Certifications Needed:
Current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential required BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire) Key Skills and Attributes:
