Evaluate patients and develop personalized, goal-driven care plans Deliver hands-on, evidence-based therapy that improves real-life function Track progress and adapt interventions to maximize outcomes Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on whole-person care Educate patients and caregivers to support long-term success
