Key Responsibilities: Inherit & Revitalize Territories: Prove your sales acumen, and we will introduce you to established regional accounts and immediately capitalize on existing brand loyalty. Drive New Business: Hunt for new industrial, manufacturing, and heavy-equipment accounts using your network and connections. Consultative Selling: Analyze client machinery and maintenance needs to recommend specialized Steelco oils and greases. Own Your Own Book of Business: Operate with total autonomy. You manage your schedule, your customer relationships, pipeline, and your income.
What We Are Looking For: Industrial Sales Experience: 2+ years of successful B2B experience in industrial sales (manufacturing, heavy machinery, chemical, or industrial supplies). Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of lubricants, greases, and their industrial applications. Resilience: A self-starter who thrives in a field-sales environment and views "no" as just a step toward a closed deal.
