Job Overview White Cap is hiring immediately for an Account Manager – Accelerated Sales Program to support our outside sales team. The position is part of a 6‑12 month accelerated training program designed to fast‑track the growth and development of new outside sales professionals. Responsibilities Participate in classroom, independent study, and on‑the‑job training. Learn the White Cap business model, products, vendors, customer needs, jobsite environment, systems, competitors, pricing, sales approach, and selling skills. Prepare and execute account plans. Sell White Cap value proposition and products. Learn effective sales calls by riding along with District Sales Manager or experienced Account Managers. Enter and process customer orders. Perform other assigned duties. Operate a company or personal vehicle consistently more than 80% of the average work week; a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, or one to two years of sales or related field experience. Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with team members. Strong self‑governance, proactive approach, personal accountability, and independence. Competitive drive to succeed; goal‑oriented with accountability to deliver on metrics. Open to feedback and willing to improve performance. Ability to plan and organize daily activities. Spanish language proficiency. Salary & Benefits Salary range starts at approximately $80,000 per year, determined based on market data and internal pay practices.
