We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our leadership team. This role requires exceptional discretion, flexibility, and the ability to manage both professional and personal tasks with equal care and attention to detail.
How You'll Make An Impact
Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangementsServe as primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholdersHandle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretionPrioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlinesScreen and respond to emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of executivesFollows up with internal and external stakeholders to hold them accountablePlan and execute company events, offsites, and team gatheringsCoordinate office operations and serve as liaison with building management and vendorsSupport special projects and initiatives as assigned
What Sets You Apart
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar roleExceptional organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize and multitaskOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsHigh degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretionStrong proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionFlexible schedule and willingness to handle occasional after-hours requests
