Job Description
Lead and coordinate all MEP scopes throughout construction.Manage MEP subcontractors, inspections, and commissioning activities.Coordinate utilities, overhead/underground systems, and sequencing.Partner closely with PMs, design team, inspectors, and owner reps.Monitor schedule milestones and drive accountability across trades.Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards for academic facilities.Support turnover, systems start-up, closeout, and warranty phases.

The Successful Applicant
A successful K-12 Construction Superintendent should have:
Proven Superintendent experience with strong tenure.Extensive K-12 education project experience required.Deep exposure to MEP-heavy scopes within academic buildings.Experience on large, complex ground-up projects preferred.Strong ability to coordinate multiple MEP trades simultaneously.Comfortable working within large, structured project teams.Background with larger, nationally recognized GCs is a strong plus.
