Knight Commercial is seeking an extremely experienced and highly qualified Commercial Construction Superintendent with at least 5 years of commercial construction experience. The qualified candidate will have direct experience managing commercial construction projects with multiple teams.
Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of ground-up construction projects from start to completionCoordinate and manage subcontractors, schedules, and materialsReview, interpret, and work from construction plans and drawingsEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standardsCommunicate effectively with project managers, clients, and on-site teamsManage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination and installation
Qualifications
Must reside in the Tampa area and be willing to travel nationwide up to 90% of the timeMinimum 5 years of documented experience as a Construction SuperintendentStrong background in ground-up industrial and commercial constructionAbility to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specificationsSolid understanding of MEP systems
