Job Description
Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars for the CTO.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.Maintain and organize filing systems, both digital and physical.Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting for team members.Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office operations.Assist in organizing company events or meetings, including logistics and materials preparation.Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the department's goals.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Administrative Assistant should have:Bachelors Degree - must be completed1-2 years of previous Administrative work - in a corporate setting, internship, or school setting.Ability to work on-site Monday to Friday in the Financial DistrictStrong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a variety of tasks efficiently.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.Proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks.A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.Adaptability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
