Job Description
Manage and oversee daily operations in a 24/7 high-volume, multi-shift production environment.Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, FDA, and USDA food safety standards.Optimize production yields and minimize waste in a refrigerated manufacturing setting.Lead and manage production teams, providing clear direction and fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and deadlines.Monitor and maintain labor management processes to ensure operational efficiency.Implement and maintain processes to enhance productivity and product quality in food manufacturing.Ensure proper maintenance and operation of production equipment and facilities.

The Successful Applicant
Experience in food production, particularly in a refrigerated manufacturing setting.Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, FDA, USDA, and food safety regulations.Proven leadership skills in managing multi-shift operations and large teams.Ability to optimize production processes and improve yields in high-volume settings.Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
