About Our Client

Job Description
Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to define project scope and objectives.Develop and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.Monitor project performance and proactively address potential risks or issues.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-efficiency.Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
A strong background in construction project management within the business services industry.Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate teams and interact with clients.Proficiency in project management tools and software.A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and safety.A relevant degree or professional certification in project management or construction management is preferred.
