Continuously improve the quality management system, standards and processesLead analysis of errors and defects in projectsDrive continuous improvement across processes and products. Analyze cost of poor quality, and enable the organization to reduce cost of poor quality.Identify process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.Drive Problem Solving via Root Cause Analysis, corrective actions and preventive actions for projectsPlan, conduct and support internal process, project and management system audits, to ensure compliance to a global ISO 9001 certificationOversee quality management processes for Supplier Quality, Supplier Ratings and Compliance.Coordinate with international quality teams to standardize quality practices across regions.
What you need to succeed
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in an ISO 9001-regulated environment (or equivalent).Deep knowledge of integrated management systems and certification, especially for ISO 9001Strong analytical skills in quality tools like Six Sigma, FMEA, A3's and statistical analysis.Excellent communication and leadership abilities to work with cross-functional teams.Be available for travel to job sites, regional sites and global offices (25% travel)Proven track record in reducing cost of poor quality and improving operational efficiency.
Desirable
Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, business or a related field.Familiarity with warehouse automation technologies.Experience in international quality standards and regulations.Project Management Certified (PMP)Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certified
