About the Role
We're seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support ground-up commercial construction projects in Atlanta. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on collaboration, enjoys solving problems, and wants the stability of working close to home-no travel required.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from start to finish.Manage and track project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders.Support schedule management, cost tracking, and quality assurance.Collaborate with superintendents, subcontractors, and design partners to keep work moving efficiently.Foster strong relationships with owners, architects, and project managers.
Qualifications
1-10 years of experience in commercial construction.Ground-up project experience preferred (fire stations, warehouses, and aviation projects a plus).Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
