Responsibilities/Duties:
Handle all inbound and outbound callsOffer exceptional customer serviceAddress escalated phone callsAccurately answer questions and concerns from owners, vendors, and brokersResolve customer issues with minimal supervisionUpdate and analyze file tracking system notesUnderstand and interpret transfer documentsCommunicate status of transfer process with customer
Key Skills/Qualifications:
Minimum of one year customer service/call center experienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent level of education
Highly motivated, goal orientedCapable of articulating professionally to customer
Ability to effectively manage timeMust be able to effectively analyze and interpret data
Possess strong reading comprehension and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail
Proven internet and computer software skillsBasic data entry skillsProper note taking ability
