As a Customer Care Agent for Moses Honda VW in Huntington, you will be the first point of contact for Customers reaching out to our dealership. You will manage inbound and outbound communications (calls, emails, texts) to set appointments, follow up on leads, and maintain excellent customer engagement - all from within the Moses Honda and Volkswagen Service Center.

Daily Responsibilities:
Generate appointments and market to potential Customers via phone, text and emailConnect new Customers with appropriate Service team memberFollow up with Customers and track activity in database

Requirements:
Education: HS Degree, some college preferredComputer skills: MS Office productsValid driver's licenseInitial training will be held in St. Albans
