We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Account Assistant to provide high-level support to our leadership team and ensure seamless coordination with clients and internal departments. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong client relationships, preparing strategic materials, and ensuring the overall efficiency of our daily operations.
Responsibilities
Provide executive-level administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparationAssist in managing client accounts, ensuring timely communication and project follow-throughPrepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and client meetingsCoordinate cross-departmental tasks to support project timelines and deliverablesMaintain organized records, databases, and files to ensure smooth access to key informationSupport planning and execution of initiatives, meetings, and internal activitiesConduct research and compile insights to aid decision-making and strategic planning
