As a Field Canvasser, you'll be the first point of contact with homeowners in your community. Your role is simple: start conversations, build rapport, and schedule free appointments for our sales team. No closing required, just great conversations and quality appointments.

Compensation
$20.00/hour base payUncapped performance bonusesAverage monthly bonus: $1,500 - $3,000Top performers exceed $4,000/month in bonuses
What You'll Do
Knock on doors in residential neighborhoods to introduce our servicesEngage homeowners, build rapport, and identify potential needsSchedule appointments for our sales teamDeliver clear, confident pitches about our services and benefitsTrack daily activity and leads generatedParticipate in team meetings and ongoing training to improve skills
What We're Looking For
Positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skillsComfortable speaking with homeowners and door-knockingSelf-motivated, reliable, and goal-orientedSales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
