Full-Time | 12-Hour ShiftsPosition SummaryScarlet Oaks Assisted Living, part of the CCH Healthcare network, is seeking experienced and compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs/CNAs) for our 7AM–7PM day shift.In this role, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive and team-oriented environment, helping ensure comfort, dignity, and safety for our residents.What You’ll DoAssist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobilityProvide personal care and emotional support to residentsTake and record vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staffMaintain a clean, safe, and respectful living environmentAssist with meals, hydration, and feeding as neededDocument care accurately in accordance with facility policiesWork closely with nurses and interdisciplinary team to deliver quality careQualificationsActive Ohio STNA/CNA certification (required)Prior experience in assisted living or skilled nursing preferredStrong communication and teamwork skillsCompassionate, reliable, and resident-focusedScheduleDay Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PMFull-time, 12-hour shiftsRotating weekends/holidays as neededWhy Join CCH Healthcare at Scarlet OaksSupportive leadership and team environmentStable, full-time hoursOpportunities for growth within a multi-facility organizationMeaningful work making a difference in residents’ livesApply TodaySubmit your application through Indeed to join the Scarlet Oaks team.
