Job Summary

Job Description
The Project Manager III is responsible for coordinating project management activities associated with development and production launch of products for motion control and industrial automation applications. Involves leading multidisciplinary teams through the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of new product development. The Project Manager is responsible for managing the project schedule, cost and risk to exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of the overall projectFollow strict compliance to the phase-gate processDevelop project scope and objectives, involving all relevant individuals and departments, ensuring technical feasibilityDefine project tasks and resource requirementsDevelop and manage project budgetPlan and schedule project timelinesTrack project deliverables using appropriate toolsConsistently monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholdersPresent reports defining project progress, problems and solutions focusing on overall project schedule, costs and risksManage risks and issues and take corrective measurementsInterface directly with all internal departments, outside suppliers/vendors and especially the customer regarding all facets of program control, management, and reportingCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of projectsAbility to anticipate and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs; to set new priorities, and follow through to meet deadlinesEstablish and maintain comprehensive project documentationEnsure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budgetEnsure resource availability and allocationManage multiple concurrent projectsReport and escalate to management as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Bachelor's Degree5+ years' experienceExperience using MS SuiteExperience using project management tools such as MS projectMust have the ability to manage multiple projects on a continuous basis with frequent interruptions and be able to manage time effectivelyMust be confident in leading teams from other divisions such as engineering, operations, and procurementMust have excellent written and verbal communication skills and feel comfortable presenting to groupsMust have excellent organization skills and attention to detailEnglish RequiredTravel up to 10% both Domestic and International
