The Senior Staff Speech-Language Therapist (ST) is responsible for completing evaluations, developing written treatment plans, and providing on-going treatments that are designed to improve the patient's functional status in conjunction with overall treatment objectives. Meets all clinical, organizational and position requirements as defined in the Speech Therapy policies for Scope of Practice and Professional Standards. Bachelor's Degree in Speech Therapy; graduation from accredited college or university. Or Master's Degree in Speech Therapy; graduation from accredited college or university. Continue continuing education requirements for licensure renewal. California Speech Language Pathologist License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. 4 years of experience combined rehab, acute and outpatient proficiency. 2 years of experience in the specialty practice areas.
