In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced, licensed clinicians in a supportive environment where learning and professional growth are prioritized. What You’ll Gain Hands-on clinical experience in a supportive setting Supervision and mentorship from licensed professionals Exposure to diverse client populations and treatment approaches Skill development in assessment, counseling, and documentation Insight into team-based, trauma-informed care
Responsibilities What You’ll Do Provide individual, group, and/or family counseling under supervision Conduct client intakes, assessments, and help develop treatment plans Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training Assist with case management, including connecting clients to community resources Support clients in reaching goals related to mental health, wellness, and stability Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and trauma-informed care Ability to maintain professionalism, boundaries, and confidentiality
Qualifications Current enrollment in an accredited Master’s program (Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field) Eligibility for academic credit or field placement Valid driver’s license (Class C or D)
