Nursing Supervisor

In this role, you will coordinate and oversee daily nursing operations, ensure safe, high-quality patient care, and support staff through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback. You will manage staffing and workflow, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and drive quality and safety initiatives.
