Pharmacist verification of prescriptions. Supervision of pharmacy technicians work as regulated by the Board of Pharmacy Supporting the store pharmacy operations to achieve their planned business objectives. All activities related to the preparation, dispensing and sale of prescription and pharmacy related products. Assist in developing and implementing CF programs to help meet sales objectives and increase prescription volume. Provide the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) updates on Pharmacy operations. Understand and comply with Best Practice Standards and execution by pharmacy staff when the Pharmacist in Charge is absent. Ensure compliance with all local, state, federal laws, and company policies and procedures. Assist in the training and development of pharmacy staff. Hold and maintain a clean pharmacist licensure in the home state. Must complete all required state, federal and company training programs (i.e. HIPAA, CDR, I-pledge, etc.) Confront complex pharmacy operational issues with situation specific business solutions. Other duties as assigned concurrent with all applicable laws and regulations.

We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:
Required:
B.S. or doctorate (PharmD) in pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy required. Licensed Pharmacist in the CF home state for a minimum of 1 year. A minimum of 1 year retail pharmacy experience or equivalent in a similar setting.
Preferred:
Prior pharmacist experience within a retail OR closed-door fulfillment setting. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time to visit remote operations, business partners, and the General Office as needed.
Technical Experience:
Process systems experience (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen) preferred. Mail order and central fill pharmacy experience preferred. Knowledge of pharmacy systems and systems integration Experience in handling software and hardware in a warehouse environment preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Willing and able to stand/walk at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation. Willing and able to perform tasks which include pushing, pulling, grasping, bending, stooping, rotating, reaching, and lifting/carrying up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. Visual focus such as counting, observing, etc. is required consistently. Performing repetitive tasks up to 100% of the time
