The contract-based Manager of Learner Analytics will work remotely to evaluate learning products, analyze learner outcomes, and provide actionable insights to enhance curriculum design and program effectiveness over a duration of 3-6 months. Key responsibilities
Support the design and implementation of evaluation plans for learning products Analyze learner performance data and produce reports that translate findings into actionable insights Collaborate cross-functionally to inform curriculum improvements and assessment effectiveness
Required qualifications
4+ years of experience in learner analytics, education evaluation, or related fields Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Experience with learning management systems and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI Strong analytical skills to identify trends and translate data into recommendations Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams
