Driving end-to-end quality engineering strategy, the full-time Senior QA Manager will oversee program-level test management for large-scale system implementations, ensuring high-quality delivery through governance and execution across multiple workstreams and client testing. Key responsibilities
Define and execute a unified program-level test strategy and integrated master test plan across all applications and workstreams Own and govern the end-to-end testing lifecycle, including functional, integration, automation, and UAT support Provide executive-level reporting on testing progress, risks, and overall quality health
Required qualifications
8+ years of experience in software quality assurance with 3+ years in program-level testing leadership roles Experience managing large-scale, complex programs, preferably in government or regulated environments Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Agile, DevOps, and SDLC methodologies Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Proven ability to lead large high-performing QA teams
