Establish rapport and directly interact with patients and support patient in engagement with and connection to the feedback received via NFB interface. Documentation includes initial note, consisting of patients baseline profile, selected protocol, reason, documentation for ongoing training sessions, and written tracking of the patients progress. Work with patients struggling with mental health issues such as anxiety depression, OCD, sleep issues, substance and process addictions, PTSD, eating disorders. Work with patient schedules to provide scheduling and appointment slips for patients to maximize number of sessions per stay Maintain/Monitor brain center equipment to ensure proper functioning. Administer brain center/spa equipment sessions consisting of Biofeedback and Alpha Entrainment Provide daily communication to treatment team via email and Tier notices on status of patients progress. Communicate with Team in order to create an integrative model of brain health and nervous system regulation. Ability to converse in English with others to give, take and process information; extensive use of telephone. Ability to maintain confidentiality of information, multi-task, coordinate projects and record/transcribe general and specific meeting minutes. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Communicate with other staff to relay concerns and observations involving patient safety.
Qualifications Education and Experience:
H.S. Diploma or GED required B.A. preferred CPI, CPR/ FA, Certification in Neuro feedback desired Previous experience in behavioral health desired
