RN - Med Surg/Telemetry Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Description: Weekend and rotating holidays. Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity. Will be required to float to different units within the OSU organization as needed. Estimated patient ratios 1:3. Three years of med surg experience required. BLS required! Skills required: IV start, tele/epic experience required! Previous travel experience preferred! Parking Options for Travelers:
WMC Agency Permit $215/month: Guaranteed parking in an OSUWMC visitor garage. Best option for travelers who want the closest and most reliable parking. CXS Permit $31.42/month: Includes shuttle service every 15-30 minutes, but service is limited. The route has multiple stops and drops off about a street over from OSUWMC. Best suited for Jameson Crane Sports Medicine. Also includes access to 9th Ave Garages (East and West) on weekends and holidays. WB Permit $15.67/month: Most affordable option. Parking is in West Campus Carmack Lots 2 and 3, about 1.7 miles from OSUWMC. The Pink shuttle runs every 3-5 minutes during peak start/end times and goes directly to the medical center in about 8-9 minutes. Also includes access to 9th Ave Garages (East and West) on weekends and holidays. Weekend access is from Friday at 2 PM through Monday at 8 AM; outside those hours, regular hourly garage rates apply.

Travelers who are extreme distances from Ohio will be mailed a fingerprinting packet, which is to be completed urgently upon receipt. Detailed instructions will be sent to the candidate by the Credentialing team. RTO required with submission, must be built into contract Locals are accepted at the same rate Reference Requirements: 2 professional references are required. At least 1 reference must be from a manager/director or someone in a formal leadership capacity (e.g., a supervisor). Charge RN acceptable for 2nd reference. No coworker references accepted. Former employees are eligible for a travel assignment once they have been away from the facility for 6 months or more Current employees are ineligible to be hired as a traveler at any Ohio State University hospital location RNs- must have valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission. MRI techs - submittals without OH license are acceptable. Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.
