Paramedic Education Advisor - Admissions Unitek EMT is a leading EMS training school in Arizona, offering accelerated, hands-on programs that prepare students for careers in emergency medical services. Our immersive EMT Boot Camp, refresher courses, and certification-focused training combine classroom instruction, real-world simulations, and guidance from experienced EMS professionals. At Unitek EMT, we are committed to helping students build the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills needed to provide pre-hospital care, pass the NREMT certification exam, and make a meaningful impact in their communities. The Paramedic Education Advisor manages all duties associated with the pre-sales workflow of the EMT & Paramedic Division Sales Account Managers. Job Description:
Follow up with prospective students utilizing established admissions standards, guidelines, and criteria, with 30 enrollments a month. A minimum of 350 calls approximately made per week. On the phone 50-75% of the day making outbound calls, recruiting prospective students on a national level, while working efficiently unsupervised. In-person tours of facility as needed. Attending and preparing for local events as needed. Develop, build and manage a client base of corporate accounts. Develop positive long-term customer relationships. Work in CRM system - Lead Square. Prepare enrollment documents, i.e., DocuSign Meet and/or exceed targeted sales goals.
Compensation: $20.00 per hour with commission of 3.7% on total monthly revenue earned Qualifications:
2 Years of experience in Sales Undergraduate or Bachelor's Degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including high-volume outbound calling and professional follow-up with prospective students Strong sales and relationship-building skills with the ability to meet or exceed monthly enrollment and performance goals. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities, corporate accounts, and customer relationships.
