As a Sales Route Representative at FritoLay, you play a vital role in our success! You will be responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising our diverse lineup of products such as Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, and more to local stores including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery chains. Your day will involve driving a FritoLay truck, unloading orders, merchandising products, and collaborating with store managers to boost sales while maintaining records of your daily activities.

In this role, you can expect to engage in the following tasks:
Acquire foundational knowledge of the role through four to six weeks of dedicated training alongside our skilled team members.
Experience various stores while running routes for your teammates and meet new customers.
Enhance sales by establishing relationships, promoting displays, and executing national initiatives.
Enjoy a consistent route with predetermined days off.
Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and physically engaging work environment.
Keep in mind that we operate 24 hours a day, which means your schedule may not be traditional. Our team often works weekends and holidays, and you will be on your feet for most of your shift.
To qualify for this position, you need to meet the following minimum requirements:
Be at least 21 years old.
Possess a valid driver's license and proof of insurance, with the ability to obtain any necessary licenses as required by state law.
Be capable of frequently lifting 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations.
