The brand is a 60-year-old, family-owned high jewelry house based in the heart of Fifth Avenue, New York City. They are one of the very few diamond organizations in the world that is fully vertically integrated, owning the mines, cutting, polishing, and distribution. That gives them access to some of the highest quality diamond inventory in the world.
The collection includes fine jewelry and high jewelry, starting at $10,000 and offering significant opportunity to sell at much higher price points. As Sales Executive, you will work closely with the family to drive sales development and build enduring relationships with private clients both locally and internationally.
This is a small team. The right person will bring an entrepreneurial mindset and should not be expecting a corporate environment. We are looking for someone dynamic, creative, and excited about the jewelry business.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve annual sales goals.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
Leverage an extensive network to generate new business opportunities.
Host and participate in internal and external events, partnerships, and exclusive client experiences.
Provide personalized consultations to clients, ensuring a customized and exceptional service experience.
Travel as necessary to meet with clients and attend special events.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to enhance sales strategies.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury jewelry sales.
Experience selling fine jewelry and high jewelry to private clients.
Extensive and active network of local and international clients.
Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a small, family-run business rather than a corporate environment.
Dynamic, creative, and excited about the jewelry business.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel for client visits and special events.
Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
