Über
Manage all aspects of customer service coordination from project initiation through invoicing
Maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system by inputting quotations.
Import job design BOMs from ENERVEX WISP design software into Microsoft NAV to create quotes.
Perform follow‑ups to customers on a recurring basis to ensure CRM is up to date
Prepare quotations according to bid specification and equipment schedules, with accurate configurations
Provide product and pricing information by clarifying customer requests, selecting appropriate information, forwarding information, and answering questions.
Perform calculations in proprietary design software.
Prepare specifications and submittal packages.
Provide sales vs. budget results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports to customers on a quarterly basis.
Forward samples and marketing materials by entering requests, arranging shipments, and notifying customers.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
Experience in customer service
Prior experience with Microsoft NAV and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is required, and familiarity with PandaDoc is considered an advantage
Previous experience in construction with the ability to read and pull plans
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
College degree preferred
Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales
