Reports to: Boutique Manager
Role Overview Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the Sales Manager is responsible for co‑managing the sales, customer service, and operations of the retail boutique, while providing growth and development opportunities for the sales team.
Responsibilities
Plan and direct the day‑to‑day sales operations of the boutique.
Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability.
Build a strong sales team to deliver a consistent luxury client experience.
Implement and execute sales initiatives.
Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient.
Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.
Forecast staffing needs and develop a recruiting strategy to provide optimal staffing in all areas together with the District Manager.
Participate in the annual review process.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; at least 5 years of experience in retail sales.
Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Lead and direct the work of others.
Excellent understanding and appreciation of the luxury goods markets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to people of varying levels and cultures.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate good working relations within the company.
Highly creative, out‑of‑the‑box thinker.
Self‑motivated, seeking challenge and growth.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, CRM systems, and Outlook.

Expected Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
