POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Client Services & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team.
This position is ideal for someone looking to build a career in business operations, administration, client service, and the event industry. The role will provide hands‑on experience supporting daily business functions, client communication, project coordination, and event planning activities.
Working closely with both the Director of Business Operations and the Director of Event Sales & Client Experience, as well as other department leaders, this individual will help streamline administrative processes, support client needs, and gain exposure to multiple areas of the business including operations, logistics, event planning, and customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to inbound client inquiries via phone, email, and online submissions
Assist with simple order entry, rental requests, and client communications
Support proposal preparation, revisions, and administrative documentation
Maintain accurate CRM records, client files, and project information
Learn MichaelAngelos inventory, services, systems, and event processes
Coordinate internal communications and project updates between departments
Assist with scheduling meetings, site visits, and client appointments
Support the creation of event planning materials, concept boards, and presentations
Assist with administrative tasks related to event execution and project management
Collaborate with operations, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth event delivery
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client experience
Assist with onsite events and event preparation as needed
Support various business operations projects and process improvement initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable communicating with clients by phone, email, and in person
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Experience with Canva, CRM software, event planning, or administrative support is a plus but not required
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

SCHEDULE Primarily Monday‑Friday business hours with occasional evening and weekend event support as needed.
