Job description ANT Neuro is growing and we have ambitious plans to expand the team in the coming year. To strengthen our team in the eastern US, we are looking for a highly motivated professional who will fill the role of Applications and Support Specialist. The person in this role will be based at ANT's offices in Center City Philadelphia, with regular travel around the eastern US and Canada.
If you have a research and/or engineering background and want to apply your skills at the intersection of neuroscience, engineering, and medical diagnostics, we encourage you to apply. After training on our continuously evolving product portfolio, you will work directly with our customers in medical research and clinical practice. You will build relationships with customers in your region while representing a strong international player in the medical/research device market. This position involves significant traveling within the western US as well as nationally.
Responsibilities
Provide on-site demonstrations of ANT products Train new customers on the proper use of ANT's EEG and TMS navigation technology Install EEG and TMS navigation systems on-site for researchers and clinicians. Advise ANT customers on technical concerns related to EEG and TMS research. Provide remote and in-person support to customers using ANT devices.
Qualifications Required:
Must be based in Philadelphia, PA BS, MS or PhD in biomedical engineering, neuroscience, or related field Strong troubleshooting and technical skills High computer application literacy and ability to operate complex equipment Excellent oral and written communication skills in English Positive work attitude and service oriented mentality Strong work ethic, and ability to work independently Willingness to travel flexibly and on a regular basis, up to 65% of working time in peak season In possession of a valid Passport and Driver's License No immigration sponsorship offered for this role
Preferred:
Background in EEG or TMS research Good understanding of clinical neuroscience research technology Experience in a clinical research environment Experience in Matlab and Python
