Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Mobile Associate located in Orange County, CA. The Mobile Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with purchasing decisions, demonstrating product knowledge, resolving customer inquiries, and delivering a personalized service experience. Additional daily responsibilities include maintaining the sales floor, meeting individual and team sales goals, and staying informed about current technology and product offerings. The role is critical for fostering customer loyalty and ensuring store success.
Qualifications
Interpersonal skills, including customer service and communication skills for delivering an exceptional customer experience
Team-oriented approach with problem-solving and collaboration skills
Basic sales and retail skills, including upselling, demonstrating products, and meeting sales targets
Technical proficiency, including familiarity with mobile devices, wireless plans, and emerging technology
Commitment to learning about and staying updated on new products, services, and industry trends
Previous sales or retail experience is beneficial but not required
Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus
