Build strong relationships with residents while working in a supportive, team-oriented setting.

• Provide hands-on care and support to residents overnight
• Assist with activities of daily living and comfort needs
• Monitor residents and report any changes in condition
• Work closely with nursing staff to ensure quality care
• Maintain a safe, calm, and respectful environment

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Alabama
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable and compassionate
