We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will convert a high volume of prequalified leads into sales, build stronger customer relationships, provide technical information and product explanations, prepare quotations, and closes sales. As a member of the sales team, this role collaborates with multiple departments in Reno as well as across the global Lincoln Electric organization to support direct customers and distributor partners with a high level of service and expertise. This position will be based onsite Mon-Fri at our Reno, NV facility.

• Convert a high volume of inbound digital and phone leads (advertising, email, catalog, internet, trade shows) into customers
• Respond to all inbound inquiries and outbound follow-ups in a timely and accurate manner, resolving issues as needed
• Utilize Salesforce.com to log activities, track opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline effectively
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas, goals, and objectives
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including through digital and social engagement
• Prioritize multiple tasks while remaining responsive and available for inbound communication
• Perform general duties as assigned and assist in other areas as workload requires

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience; Bachelor's Degree in Business or related, preferred Minimum of one (1) year of sales experience Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment High level of professionalism, integrity, organization, and sound judgment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred Technical or industrial sales experience Inside/ phone sales experience Bilingual skills
