OB/GYN Physician Location: Birmingham, Alabama Employment Type: Full-Time A well-established healthcare system in Birmingham is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join a growing women's health service line serving a diverse metropolitan patient population. This hospital-employed opportunity offers long-term stability, strong institutional support, and the ability to practice full-scope obstetrics and gynecology in a collaborative clinical environment. Position Overview The OB/GYN will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal care, labor and delivery, gynecologic procedures, and routine women's health services. The role is supported by experienced nursing teams, mid-level providers, and modern facilities designed to support quality care and continuity across the full spectrum of women's health. Key Responsibilities
Deliver full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care Manage prenatal, postpartum, and routine women's health visits Perform gynecologic procedures and participate in labor and delivery Collaborate with nursing staff, advanced practice providers, and specialists Participate in call coverage as scheduled Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
