Guide healthcare professionals through the credentialing and onboarding process
Maintain and update employee documentation to meet compliance standards
Communicate with internal teams, vendors, clients, and healthcare professionals
Monitor and notify all parties of missing or expiring compliance documents
Order drug screens, immunizations, and required background checks
Verify state licensures and certifications
Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards
Process new assignments, extensions, and reassignments
Pre-call candidates and follow up until they are fully cleared for work
Maintain daily communication with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer service experience preferred
Exceptional attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Strong computer skills; ability to type 40-50 WPM
