Position Summary:
As a Service Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the proper service, repair, and installation of fire sprinkler systems and other fire protection equipment at assigned job sites. Your responsibilities will include conducting on-site service calls, troubleshooting repairs efficiently, preparing accurate service tickets and reports, and upholding a high standard of customer service and communication.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.Valid driver's license.Strong understanding of materials, tools, equipment, and installation procedures.Working knowledge of NFPA Standards.Minimum of 3 years of service experience (4-6) years preferred).Nicet Certication (preferred)
