What Will I Do?Respond to inbound customer inquiries across phone, chat, SMS, website leads, and online messaging platformsManage and respond quickly to digital leads generated through Google, Local Services Ads (LSA), Yelp, website chat, and other marketing channelsConvert inbound inquiries into booked service appointments within ServiceTitanMaintain fast response times and deliver an exceptional customer experienceHandle inbound and outbound customer communicationsFollow up on open, missed, or unconverted leads to maximize booking opportunitiesMaintain accurate customer information and scheduled appointment detailsCollaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth scheduling and communicationReceive and document completed work orders from field techniciansEscalate unresolved customer concerns to the appropriate departments when necessaryIdentify opportunities to promote additional services, memberships, or products when appropriateHelp support the company’s marketing and customer engagement efforts by ensuring every lead receives timely and professional communication
Do I have What it Takes?College degree preferred but optional1-year customer service experience1 year of marketing, marketing lead or digital marketing experience Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applicationsExperience with Service Titan is a plus.Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and must be able to sit for long periods of time.Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
