Independently plan, install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment in commercial/industrial settings. Troubleshoot/diagnose issues, perform testing/balancing, unclog drains, and ensure code compliance. Read/interpret blueprints, specs, and work orders accurately. Assemble/install piping (copper, PVC, etc.), fittings, and systems to specifications. Mentor Plumber I/II team members and share best practices. Collaborate with other trades, document work, and support efficient project execution.
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience in commercial/industrial plumbing. Mastery of plumbing systems, materials, codes, and installation techniques. Ability to work independently with high-quality, safe results. Leadership mindset to guide juniors; strong problem-solving and communication. Relevant certifications (e.g., journeyman license, backflow prevention) or equivalent mastery a plus.
Plumber IV (Senior / Technical Lead / Master-Level) Advanced senior role with mastery and supervisory duties-collaborate with foremen and leadership on planning, oversight, and execution. Key Responsibilities:
