This Superintendent will lead a Multi-story luxury multifamily high-rise from podium through closeout. The role requires strong concrete, façade, and MEP coordination experience within tight urban logistics.

Oversee all on-site construction activities and subcontractor coordinationManage project schedule, safety, and quality controlCoordinate inspections, city requirements, and turnoverLead and mentor assistant superintendents and field staff

10+ years of ground-up multifamily or high-rise experienceStrong concrete and vertical construction backgroundExperience working in downtown Chicago preferred
